how do i find the right size for me?

i ordered nails and they do not fit, what can i do?
due to the wide range of sizing charts on our website, and the availability of sizing kits, we will not be held responsible if your nails do not fit. we do not offer returns as these nails are made to order and bespoke to you, and not appropriate to re-sell to another customer.
however, do not panic! if you have followed sizing chart measurements correctly and rounded up any sizes as recommended, your nails should only be slightly off by a 1-2 millimetres. a nail file can be used to fix this should this happen.
i've lost/broken a nail! do you offer replacement nails?
we do :-) these can be found within our products. at checkout, please include details of; the nail you need replacing, the set that this is from, and the size & style of nail required.
our nails can sometimes be quite fragile and in need of some TLC. if you break a nail, and your natural nail bed is damaged, please do not apply any new nails until this has healed and regained strength.
how long do your nails last?
this will all depend on how you prep your nails and how rough you are with your hands on a day-to-day basis. good nail preparation will ensure longevity. follow the instructions included and you could get a maximum of 2 weeks wear.
please note that if you have a heavily hands-on job, longevity of wear may be shorter than the above. typing, exposure to chemicals or water submersion will affect how long your nails last. however, with proper application and care, should a nail accidentally loosen, it can be reapplied.
if you use nail tabs instead of glue, this will give you short term wear. this is perfect if you want nails for a night out, but you need them removed for work the next day ;-)
where do you ship to?
we currently ship to the UK, the majority of Europe, the USA, and Canada. We hope to expand further at some point.
how much is shipping?
international orders: please note that you may be required to pay a customs charge/import tax on your parcel depending on the cost of your order and your countries own regulations. these charges will NOT be included in your order total. please research this online if you are unsure.
shipping is free to the United Kingdom. all packages sent will need to be signed for.

what glue should i be using?
an application kit will be included with your first order which includes glue. however, every person is different, and if there is a glue brand that you swear by or you know works perfect for you, feel free to use this instead.
are your products vegan?
the products created by Get Nailed are NOT tested on animals. However, we cannot always confirm that gel polishes used to create designs are 100% vegan.
gel nail polish ingredients can include:
ISOBORNYL ACRYLATE, 2-HYDROXYETHYL METHACRYLATE, TRIME THYIOIPROPANE TRIACRYLATE, DIPHENYL(2,4,6-TRIMETHYLBENZOYL) PHOSPHINE OXIDE, ALIPHATIC URETHANE ACRYLATES, CELLULOSE ACETATE BUTYRATE, CI 15850, CI 15985, CI 77491, CALCIUM SODIUM BOROSILICATE.
glue ingredients are listed on the bottle included in your order.
nails are made from high quality ABS material which is designed to last.
it is advised that nail use is discontinued if you have any form of reaction to the glue or the nail application process. avoid applying glue to the nose, face, eyes, mouth, and skin.
how do i remove my nails?
press on nails will gradually become loose as time goes by. nail growth, natural oils and general day-to-day life will all contribute towards this. however, if you want to remove these quicker, you can either:
1. soak your nails in 100% acetone. nails will not be reusable with this method.
2. apply cuticle oil to your cuticles and soak hands in warm water until nails become loose.
DO NOT PULL YOUR NAILS OFF WITHOUT ATTEMPTING TO LOOSEN THEM FIRST!! THIS CAN RESULT IN A SERIOUS INJURY.
what comes in my order?
you will receive your set of nails, plus an application kit with your first order. application kits can also be purchased separately with subsequent orders.
what are process times?
we aim to have your nails posted within 5-7 business days. UK orders should arrive with you within 1-2 days. international orders can take from 3-17 business days to arrive.
do you take custom orders?
